As the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Chocolate Tribe, he has been instrumental in producing award-winning content for global clients including the BBC, Mammoth Productions, and Netflix.

His extensive career includes pivotal roles at top-tier studios such as The Mill, Cinesite, and Passion Pictures in London. Rob's expertise is a unique blend of artistic vision, honed by a Master's Degree in Classical Animation, and deep technical proficiency, including scripting custom pipelines and tools. He has served as a Senior VFX Supervisor and Director on numerous high-profile projects, contributing to acclaimed films and series like Boy Kills World (2024), The Kitchen (2024), the Emmy-nominated Roots (2016), and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001).

His work has garnered numerous accolades, including a Kidscreen Award for "Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire" (2024) and a British Independent Film Award (BIFA) for Best Effects for The Kitchen (2023).
