Pu Beilei is a lecturer at Shenzhen Polytechnic University with a master's degree. She currently serves as a full-time teacher at the School of Digital Creativity and Animation.

With many years of work experience in the animation industry, she has held positions at several renowned companies, including Shenzhen GDC Technology and Tencent. With 15 years of teaching experience, she is passionate about vocational education in animation. In her teaching, she adheres to the philosophy of "nurturing with love and cultivating with heart," helping students discover their inner strength and achieve personal growth. She guides students to be confident and independent, equipping them with solid confidence and robust skills to face all future uncertainties. She has been rated excellent in teaching quality assessments for many consecutive years.

She has won the First Prize in the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Ability Competition for Vocational College Teachers twice and the Second Prize in the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. She serves as the project leader for a national-level resource library sub-project and as a judge for the Guangdong Provincial Teaching Ability Competition for secondary vocational schools. She has mentored students to win the First Prize in the Guangdong Provincial Animation Production Skills Competition twice and the Second Prize in the Shenzhen Animation Design Skills Competition twice. For many years, she has led students in producing multiple public service short films that have won domestic awards. The courses she leads have been recognized as provincial-level "Classroom Revolution" case studies and university-level first-class courses, and she has been nominated for the President's Quality Award. She has published several papers and works in core journals such as Zhuangshi (Decoration) and Modern Publishing, and has applied for multiple copyrights for her works.
