Dr. Kun LI is the co-founder and CEO of SpeechX Limited, as well as an Honorary Research Associate at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

Dr. LI Received his B.E. degree from Zhejiang University in 2006, M.E. degree from Tsinghua University in 2009, and Ph.D. degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2015. He joined the CUHK as a research assistant in 2009, a Ph.D. candidate in 2011, and a post-doctoral fellow in 2016. His research interests include AI speech and AI empowering language learning. He has more than 5 patents and published over 25 international papers, including the best paper of IEEE ICME 2016, as well as three journal papers on IEEE/ACM transactions, Computer Speech & Language, and Speech Communication. His papers have been cited by over 1,300 international papers.
